Mini Stall

Stall Size: approx 2m x 2m

Mini Stalls are located in the OBF Marquee and Pavilion, all Mini Stalls are under cover. These stalls include a barrel and stool and allow enough room for a standard sized pull up banner to be set up behind / next to.

Mini Stalls are suitable for any vendors who do not have much to display. EG: celebrants, make up artists (who aren’t doing demonstrations), venues and wineries / breweries who are not offering tastings.

Vendors who book a Mini Stall will be included in all standard marketing as outlined above.

 

Standard StalL
$150

Stall Size: approx 4m x 3m

Standard Stalls are located in the OBF Marquee and Pavilion, all Standard Stalls are under cover. These stalls include a 2.4m trestle table, white table cloth and 2 x timber chairs. Please indicate on your booking if you do not require these.

Standard Stalls are suitable for any vendors who have items to display that will not fit on a barrel (Mini Stall) or require a larger space for a backdrop. EG: photobooths, make up artists (who are doing demonstrations) florists who are not part of a Styled Space.

Please note: if you are a winery / brewery / distillery who is offering tastings on the day, we have a separate Stall Space available for you to book.

Vendors who book a Standard Stall will be included in all standard marketing as outlined above.

 

Styled Space Stall
$200

Stall Size: varies

Styled Space Stalls are available to book for those who are part of a team that will be putting together a Styled Space in the Hire in Style Marquee. Please see section below about the Styled Spaces and how you can be involved!

Styled Space Stalls are located in the Hire in Style Marquee. As each Styled Space will be different, there will not be any stall furniture included, you are welcome to display your marketing material on plinths / tables of your choosing to tie in with your Styled Space.

Styled Space Stalls are suitable for any vendors involved in the Styled Spaces. EG: florists, Furniture Hire, Stylists, Stationery, Lighting etc.

Vendors who book a Styled Space Stall will be included in all standard marketing as outlined above. These Styled Spaces will also be photographed extensively before and after the event by our photographers.

 

Food & Beverage Stalls

Stall Size: TBC

F&B Stalls are located at the Cottage Veranda, all F&B Stalls have access to power if needed, please indicate on your booking form. These stalls include a 2.4m trestle table, white table cloth and 2 timber chairs on request.

F&B Stalls are suitable for any vendors who have a caravan bar, food truck or other food / beverage service vehicle.

Food Vendors: All Food trucks / providers are able to sell food on the day.

Beverage Suppliers: if you wish to offer tastings on the day, please book a tasting Stall Space. If you are promoting your caravan bar / bar cart alone (no service), you can book a F&B Stall Space.

Vendors who book a Food & Beverage Stall will be included in all standard marketing as outlined above.

 

Tasting Stall

Stall Size: TBC

Tasting Stalls are located in the Pavilion Gardens. All Tasting Stalls will be under cover. These stalls include a 2.4m trestle table, white table cloth and 2 x timber chairs. Please indicate on your booking if you do not require these.

Tasting Stalls are suitable for any wineries, breweries and distilleries who are able to facilitate a tasting experience to wedding fair visitors. These stalls will be in a designated area with seating. Something about licencing, license area?? Something about it being tastings only, not a full bar.

Please note: if you are a winery / brewery / distillery who is not offering tastings on the day, please book a Mini or Standard Stall (or a F&B Stall if you are a caravan bar).

Vendors who book a Tasting Stall will be included in all standard marketing as outlined above.

 
 
 
 

Styled Spaces - Free

We have 4 styled spaces available in the Hire in Style Marquee for groups of 4 - 6 vendors. Please organise your team prior to booking. Each vendor involved will be sent a Styled Space Stall booking form for their stall space. See Above. Please note, the availability of Styled Spaces is limited, book early to avoid disappointment! We will be having one Hire in Style marquee with 4 spaces, if there is a high demand for Styled Spaces we will open up a second Marquee.

As each Styled Space will be different, there are no inclusions for the stall spaces, you are welcome to display your marketing material on plinths / tables of your choosing to tie in with your Styled Space.

All vendors involved in a Styled Space will have their set up photographed by our photographers on the day and have access to these after the event.
